Peak District Walk – Derwent Edge & Ladybower Reservoir

For my first walk back in the Peak District after my holiday in Tasmania I went for an old favourite. Derwent Edge from the Ashopton Viaduct and back along the side of the Ladybower Reservoir. Peak District – Wharncliffe Wander

There are places in the Peak District that conjure up great memories for me, time spent with family, time spent with friends or even time spent all on my lonesome. Peak District – 9 Edges Challenge

I initially thought that this would sadly end up being a walk free week, work and other commitments had conspired against me it seemed. Peak District – Ladybower Loop

The weather looked promising, I felt full of energy, my batteries (iPhone & Body) were charged & I had been planning this particular route in my head for months.
