Peak District – Thirst House Cave – Bivvy Wild Camp

So, I've got a few items on a list of places and situations I'd like to wild camp in. One of my aims for 2015 was to camp up a tree, when I say camp up a tree I probably mean just sling up a hammock somewhere high up in th branches and sleep there for the night. Peak District – Chrome & Parkhouse Hill

In this video I head to Crowdecote to meet my friend Andy, we then wandered up and over Parkhouse Hill in the rain before the weather changed. It was rather windy and wild as we descended the northern route down Parkhouse but thankfully neither of us fell down the slippery limestone path. The next obstacle was Chrome Hill and as we reached the top the sun came out and it turned into a glorious afternoon.
